briGht likE a LighT bUlb: Spaghetti with a side of epiphany

order up! one spaghetti entree with a side of epiphany!

hold the phone. i didn't order this... well the spaghetti i made myself, with italian seasonings, four cheese tomatoes

sauce and crushed red pepper, talking yumtastic.

but an epiphany? didn't see that on the menu.

but i guess thats the nature of epiphanies. they just kinda show up unexpectedly. sometimes you might feel the coming on or experience a need for such a phenomenon, but i sure as heck wasn't.

woah. maybe i should have started with some intro info. dang. okay i'll try to make this as quick and painless as possible.

my name is keith. this is my blog. i'm 19. i dont go to college (go ahead call me lame). i like light bulbs, they're cool, we hang out. photography demands and openly receives a lot of my free time and thought. i blog because i can. perhaps this one will last longer than its predecessors. that enough for now? i'll drop a little nugget or info here and there, and we'll make a little evening of it sound good? (hopefully, unless you're reading this in the day. in which case. yea. not so much... k. onward!)

back to what i started typing about.

epiphanies. sometimes they suck. sometimes they rock. this time. i think it might rock. i'm not sure.

so i've reached a point where i'm seriously evaluating my life, my choices, areas of study, what i'm doing, and more importantly what i'm not doing. for a long time now i've wanted to study at some bible college to become a youth pastor one day. but today i got to thinking. why did i pick this route. i wont list the reasons now but i came to realization. they were really crappy reasons. dont get me wrong. i love God. with all that i am, and i am so thankful for His saving grace. but i dont know if my passion is for youth anymore or if its even what i'm supposed to be doing.

i'm still waiting for an answer from this bible college in chicago. and maybe thats how i'll know what i'm supposed to do. but i am going to consider other options

you see. i love photography. love it. quite a bit. maybe obesssed? its possibligh. i dont ask.

so i'm looking at columbia college in chicago. and one word comes to mind. legit? yes thats the word. awesome, fantastic, exciting, sweet looking, and cool were also on that list.

so thats my epihpany. i dont get many of these so i try to value them. but truth be told i have a lot of thinking and even more praying to do before i go anywhere. if you'd like to help with that, i would appreciate it more than i can express.
